All bunnies at Hop N Loop Farm are raised in a caring environment and are given the best care possible.
To join our waiting list we may required a $10 fee which goes towards deposit or final price of the bunny. Once you put a deposit down on an specific bunny it CANNOT be switched to another one.
We require a $50 Deposit to hold a bunny, it can be paid through Paypal (friends and family option), Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or cash. If you do not send payment through Friends and Family when using PayPal, you will be required to pay the remaining balance at pickup. When paying your deposit please put your name, number, and what you are putting a deposit on in the notes section if paying through PayPal, Venmo, etc. Fees and deposits are non refundable or transferable. Bunnies going on transport must be paid in full one week prior to transport date.
If you put a deposit on a young or unborn rabbit please understand things can happen. We do everything to keep everyone healthy and happy. If something does happen to the bunny you have a deposit on you may move your deposit to another one or we will refund your money. We will accept deposits on bunnies at any age as long as you don’t care about gender. If you do have a gender preference deposits will not be taken until the bunny is at least 4 weeks old. Please remember sexing baby bunnies can be tricky so sometimes we can get it wrong. If this is the case you may move the deposit to another bunny.
Once your deposit is paid we will schedule your pick up day, which will always be around week 8 of DOB. Although, if we feel that the bunny is not ready to go to its new home by its its scheduled pick up date for any reason, we will hold on to your bunny until we are comfortable with letting it leave. If this happens to be the case, NO boarding fees will be set into place. Bunnies will NOT leave our care any earlier than 8 weeks of age, so please do not ask otherwise.
Bunnies must be picked up on date we agree on. If they are not there may be a boarding fee of $14 a week. If you do not show up on scheduled pick up date and we do not hear from you within 48 hours and we cannot get a hold of you the animal will be considered forfeited and back up for sale, no refunds will be given. We do understand things happen and special circumstances can be given on an individual basis.
We never knowingly sell a sick animal. We do an all over health check before the animal leaves our barn. We will always send transition feed to help make transition easier. We do not accept returns on bunnies. Buyer is responsible for all expenses, including medical, after the animal leaves the property.
On the day of pick up for your bunny, I will provide a pedigree an small bag of transitional food (current feed of pellets) that should last for about two weeks. Abruptly switching a bunny to a new brand of feed that they are not used to can cause major health issues and sometimes death so it is VERY IMPORTANT to slowly transition them over before switching to a totally new brand of feed. It it your RESPONSIBILITY as a pet owner to provide the proper equipment for your new pet (Cages, bedding, toys, food and water dishes, playpens, etc.). I am more than happy to help point you in the right direction if you need advice on anything.
I agree to the above terms.
